Okay, here are some draft rules:

1. December 1st 2006 will be National Shut the Fuck Up Day.

2. On that day, every adult (ie, everyone over the age of 30) will be encouraged to tell young people (ie, everyone under the age of 30) to "shut the fuck up" if they are making an anti-social amount of noise in a public place.

3. Using the word "fuck" is mandatory.

4. Any adult who hears another adult say "shut the fuck up" must immediately turn to the young people involved and say, "yes, shut the fuck up".

5. Any adult, male or female, who feels too intimidated to say, "shut the fuck up" will be encouraged to ask the nearest brave and/or burly looking adult to say it for them.

6. Special armed police will be on the streets throughout National Shut the Fuck Up Day. If young people refuse to shut the fuck up then either:

6a. If the young people are middle class, armed police will escort them home and instruct their parents to ban them from watching wildlife documentaries for a month; or

6b. If the young people are working class, armed police will escort them to special internment camps where they will be "re-educated".
