Like many here, Country has grown on me as the years have gone by. And I when I was a kid I hated the 50's British revivalist trad jazz stuff my dad used to play but I love it now. Also, I like Blondie a lot more now than when the stuff first came out.
But more usual is to dislike music I used to love. When I was 13 or 14 I was quite into prog rock. Mercifully, that didn't last long but I once owned two (count 'em, TWO) albums by Rush.
I used to idolise The Smiths but find them difficult to listen to these days - there's something kinda drab about their sound.
I'm still officially a Joy Division fan, but it's at least 8 years since a Divy CD was on my Hi Fi.
As for New Order, I'm not even "offically" a fan these days.
