I have it and I was very disappointed (one of the reasons why I didn't bother with a review). There are plenty of good tracks on there but there's no linking theme, as there were with the first two box sets. The compilers seem to have stuck a pretty diverse group of bands all with some 60s influence but little else in common, so you get some US 'British Invasion' copyists side by side with one of Billy Childish's bands or Julian Cope. Quality control isn't the best: there are good tracks and good features on the bands but overall it's someone's pretty ropy reminiscences of the late 70s to early 90s. I can't remember how many Peter Case and Plimsouls-linked tracks there are but it's loads and, I mean, does anyone listen to the Rain Parade these days?
