No team should be playing 4-5-1 at home and we've shown in recent years that with a big passionate crowd behind us we can outplay you by mixing a will to win with attacking football. No idea how Vass ended up being the nominee for penalty duty. Crackers.
Things will change over the summer. Pearce will go. We'll get a new manager in. It'll either be someone from abroad and we'll be transformed into a short passing possession side (not necessarily one that's winning, mind). Or it'll be Big Sam and we'll be the same but better at it. Or it'll be another Brit and who knows what'll happen. What won't happen is us challenging for anything. The Big 4 will continue to dominate with their guaranteed CL wealth and player pulling power and fan base drawn from people who care more about a good buffet at half time than the actual game. Football in general will lose out and we should all be bitter about that.Statistics: Posted by Bovine Juice — Sun May 06, 2007 12:26 pm
