10,000 Things tour dates, album news

Article written by Ged M
Sep 21, 2004.

10,000 Things have announced an extensive new tour over September and October.

The Leeds 5 piece - Sam Riley, vcls; brother George, bass; Will, lead gtr; Davro, gtr; Stobb, drums - are just about the most boisterously entertaining group you will ever come across. Recently, the band won the T4 (Channel 4) / V Festival best new live band award - further proof to their talent on stage.

Their first single for Fiction records, ‘Titanium’, is released on 4 October and is taken from their forthcoming debut album. 10,000 Things recorded both their debut single ‘Foodchain’ (Domino) and their debut album with legendary producer Phil Brown, who has worked with everybody from Bob Marley and The Wailers to Sly Stone to the Small Faces and Led Zep.
